Beach Access System
2020 - accessibility
In 2015, French law required public places to be made accessible to all their citizens.
Due to the given difference by nature, seashores are not categorized under the same legal subject as the cities.
This Beach Access System provides access to sand and water for everyone including people with reduced mobility throughout the year while making a permanent demarcation between areas of passage and preserved areas.
The whole system is made up of 9 items (3 types of wooden floors, 1 solar lamp, 1 ladder and 3 connectors) that facilitate movement and withstand the severe climate and conditions of the seaside.
