In 2019, while living in Italy, I became fascinated by Italian coffee culture and brewing rituals. As a fan of long, filtered coffee, I started exploring sustainable alternatives to disposable paper filters.​

This led to the design of a reusable metal coffee filter that fits directly on a cup or carafe. It’s easy to clean and prevents the dark stains often left on ceramic surfaces.​

The project became a personal exploration of coffee, material care, and everyday design.
